Oakleigh Norman Wolvers, Paco's brother, is a Chi weenie that loves attention and can be a bully at times. He was rescued from the Animal Rescue League. His favorite hobbies are: chewing on stuffed squeaky toys, going for walks and car rides, playing with kids, going to dog parks, chasing squirrels, and playing with dog friends when they visit. Oakleigh's favorite snacks are broccoli and cauliflower stems, and popcorn. He dislikes chicken and the mailman.

Paco Arthur Wolvers, the main star of Paco's Parables is a Chihuahua with a lot to learn and teach in life. He was a rescue dog from Craigslist, who is in his forever home after living with three previous families. His favorite past times are: cuddling with mom, chasing squirrels, going for walks, wrestling with Oakleigh, and belly rubs. His favorite snacks are broccoli stems and Nutro Blueberry treats. Paco dislikes chicken, the mailman, and unfamiliar men who are standing.
